UPDATE: Looks like the original is from the book Antarctica by Kim Stanley Robinson. I’m going to try to contact the author to see if this post is okay. A scan from the book is available via boingboing, which has linked to me. I may need to consult my chart soon if the bandwidth gets out of hand.

This is a flowchart I made back in high school (2001?). It’s based on a simpler version that I saw on the whiteboard of a hallmate in my dorm. If you’re easily offended by foul language… look away.
I did some basic googling to see if somebody else has the same/similar thing copyrighted somewhere but didn’t see anything. The following image (like the rest of this site) is available under a BY-NC-SA 3.0 US license. Both were made using dia. The one below with dia-gnome on an Ubuntu machine. Anyway… I need to consult this flowchart more often:
