Learn to use a spreadsheet, @$%^&it

This is so dumb. I have 129 locations–and codes for those locations–that I have to get into a database. I was given a .xls with all the data, but it looks like this (gimped to protect the guilty):

This is in a spreadsheet. The saddest part is that somebody actually took the time to prettify that into that useless state. So sad, in fact, that I took the time to take a screenshot, gimp it, and post this. :/
