Finally really did it. We sent emails out to our clients and have gotten some test tickets from the more tech-savvy clients. One of our larger clients is already using it to send real issues. 21 queues! Wow!
I’m eagerly awaiting the arrival of the O’Reilly book on RT.  Should be here on Tues.
